About us

HeartCraftedStudio makes personalised gifts by hand, one order at a time. Nothing here is taken off a shelf. A piece exists only once someone has asked for it, with a name, a date or a few words that belong to one person.

What we make

Our work is small, useful and personal: name keychains, photo frames, wall clocks, caps, T-shirts and handkerchiefs that can carry a name, and bouquets and flower arrangements that do not wilt. The shop shows what is available now, and the catalogue grows as new pieces are ready.

How we work

1. You choose a piece and tell us what to put on it. A name, initials, a date or a short line.
2. We show you the design first. For pieces that need it, you see a proof and approve it before anything is made.
3. We make it by hand. This takes a few working days. Resin has to cure and embroidery cannot be hurried.
4. We pack it and send it. Gift wrap and a note can be added at checkout.

Because every piece is made by hand, no two are exactly alike. Pressed flowers settle differently in each keychain, and hand embroidery never repeats to the stitch. We think that is the point of buying handmade.
