How does personalisation work?
Choose a piece, add the name, date or photo, and place your order. We send you a photo of the design, and start making it once you approve.
Will I see the design before it is made?
Yes. Every personalised piece comes with a free photo proof, and nothing is made until you have approved it.
How long does an order take?
Most pieces are made and shipped in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof. Each product page shows its own making time.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. You can add gift wrap and a handwritten note in your bag, and send the order to a different address.
